Online Booking
Advanced Clean Air has developed a new online booking platform
that allows you to book in the exact time and date of your air-conditioner cleaning technician in real time. With just a few clicks you can choose how many air conditioners you want cleaned, the type of clean you require and the exact cost of the job. No waiting around to hear back from an ‘online contact form’ or a phone call, you choose what you want and when you want it. Your booking is final, and you will receive a confirmation email within minutes.
We also understand that online booking is not for everyone, which is why our friendly and knowledgeable office staff are at the ready to answer your call to help find you the best time and date for your air-con cleaning appointment, as well as answer any questions you may have.
The day before your air-conditioner cleaning appointment.
The day before your appointment you will receive an email and text message reminder with the date and time of your scheduled clean.
The day of your air-conditioner cleaning appointment.
On the day of your appointment before your scheduled time you will receive a text message from our technician advising the approximate time they are away from your property. This will also provide you with a tracking link so you can track our technician the whole way to your doorstep. If for any reason our technician is running late, you will be contacted prior to the start time of your appointment.
Our air-con cleaning technicians are all very experienced and are there to help in anyway they can, if you have any questions regarding your air conditioner please feel free to ask them. All of our technicians are tidy, clean and professional and will ensure there is no mess left after your air conditioner clean.
On completion of our deluxe air-con cleaning service you will receive individual air conditioner cleaning reports. The reports contain airflow and temperature readings before and after your service to show how much they have improved. The report also contains your potential energy savings over the next 12 months along with a picture of your air-conditioner half way through the cleaning process. No guess work on whether your unit actually needed a clean as you will see the difference!
Follow Up Service
Two days after the job is complete you will receive a feedback request. This will allow you to help us improve on our current service. We want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied and we love to hear your suggestions on what we can do to improve. If there was anything from the booking process to our technicians leaving your property you think we can improve on, please do not hesitate to let us know and we can try and improve on this in the future.
Once you have had your air conditioners cleaned by Advanced Clean Air you’ll never have to think about it again. We will send you a reminder every 12 months to let you know that they are due for their annual clean and all you have to do is jump back online and choose your perfect date and time again (or call if you prefer to speak to our friendly staff).

The first sign many people notice is a musty, mouldy odour. If you do a thorough clean of your office or commercial space and the smell is still there, it’s time to check your vents. Getting your Air Conditioning Contractor to remove the covers and take a quick look inside may confirm the issue, especially if you see mould or notice a stronger smell in that area. If the scent is stronger, but you can’t see the mould, then the growth is possibly further in the ducts. Another sign of a mould issue is the sudden onset of allergy symptoms. If you or a co-worker notices burning eyes, scratchy throat, or a runny nose that gets better when you leave the office, there could be an issue. Arranging for your HVAC technician to check your filters should be the first step. If it needs to be changed they can install a new one. If the symptoms continue they can do a quick check of your vents and a visual check of your ducts. Inspecting your duct work can also provide clues to a possible mould problem. An Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) can check for signs of moisture build-up, such as condensation, dark spots, or actual leaks. Mould needs water to grow, so any signs of condensation or leaking could indicate a growth hot spot. Duct cleaning and coating is a specialised job and as such the majority of HVAC companies sub-contract duct cleaning and coating out to companies like ours.
